£0.49 -Local Delivery - Local delivery within 1-3 working days. Please note that this option will only show up during check out, if you live within the permitted radius. Same day delivery is available upon request, please contact email@example.com to confirm availability.
£1.99 - Standard Delivery on orders above £5- UK delivery within 3-5 working days (no tracking).
£2.99 - Standard delivery on orders below £5 - UK delivery within 3-5 working days (no tracking).
£2.49 - Standard Tracked Delivery on orders above £5 - UK delivery within 2-3 working days.
£4.99 - Express Tracked Delivery - UK delivery within 1-2 working days. (Order before 4pm).
£8.95 - Next Day Tracked Delivery - Next working day delivery (Order before 11am).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Party Gifts. We really want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it. However, if you are not totally satisfied and would like to return your order, please send it back within 14 days from the date it is delivered.
Simply send an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" or use the 'Contact' button at the top of the web page, quoting your order number and reasons for returning the items and we will send you a returns label on the same day. Please include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel being returned.
Eligibility for refunds and Exchanges:
the items must be in the same condition you received them, new, unused, re-sellable, and with the original packaging and we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
you will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the items are faulty, damaged or were supplied in error. The return postage costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
we will not refund the original delivery costs paid when returning items unless they are damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied.
only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
When we receive your returned order, it is inspected and we will notify you of the approval or rejetion of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment and you will be notified via email. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to get processed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item , please send us an email using email@example.com and we will process your request.
Gift cards are exempt from refunds.
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this. Please email "firstname.lastname@example.org" with a picture and/or video clearly showing the fault/ damage. We will process your claim and send you a free returns label with instructions for you to return the items. Please include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel being returned. We will send you a replacement for the item.
